TransFamilies of Santa Cruz County’s twice-monthly support group meetings provide information and support to parents and other adult family members of transgender children of all ages. Parents of toddlers, elementary aged children, teens, and adults are all welcome.

TransFamilies of Silicon Valley offers separate meetings for parents and caregivers of teens and young adults and for parents and caregivers of pre-teen and younger children.

All meetings are facilitated by parent volunteers. At meetings, parents share their stories, ask questions, and offer each other information, support, and encouragement. Our goal is to give parents and family members the information and tools they need to help their gender diverse children grow and thrive.
